Monday June 8th was Grandma White's 85th Birthday! I took the kids to surprise her on her birthday with balloons and cake. She was so excited! We had a good time visiting with her and I realized how long it had been since I took the kids to see her. I need to do better I want my kids to know all their grandparents and have long lasting memories of them. We love Grandma White and of course she showered us with lot's of kisses!

When you visit your Grandma, if she tells you any stories from her life, make sure to journal it when you get home. When Danny's grandma was still alive, James and I would visit her every Tuesday. When I got home, I wrote down all the great stories that she told us. Now that she is gone, I am so grateful to have those memories in print, so that her tales will not be forgotten!
