Connor has been asking for a phone for months now. I have always told him No. I don’t know what came over us, but we decided that we would see if he could be responsible with one. He doesn’t get free reign with his phone. We set many rules for him to follow. He is such a good kid, and is doing well in school. We are so proud of him! I love this look on his face, he couldn’t believe he was really getting a phone!
Along with this special Birthday, Connor was ordained a Deacon on Sunday! He was so excited and he looked so sharp in his new Suit! Connor also received his Faith in God Award in Church too. I can’t even express how proud I am as his Mother.
Connor is also doing well in Football! He is so fun to watch. He is playing Free Safety & Center! This first picture is of him in the middle wearing red #8. He is holding the big guy in white from getting through the line!
We love you Connor so much and are so honored to be your parents! We look forward to the next few years, knowing you will achieve great things as always! Happy Birthday!! Love you, Mom & Dad!!

I agree on the phone thing, but Connor is 12- and most people are letting there kids get them at a younger age?? I think he is old enough and responsible enough for a phone and I am sure it made his world after being told no so many times and now to finally get one :)
My Neighbors / Friends have a random check with there kids- they say random check and the kids have to hand over the phone right then- if they don't they get it taken away, they then go through there phone and see what pictures, texts, calls etc. were taken: It's very smart. I cannot believe how grown up he looks in a suit- so handsome.. It sure goes by fast, I hope he had a great Birthday.
