Colton & Jacquee

My step-brother Colton was married to his lovely bride Jacquee on Friday December 28th. It was beautiful snowy day! They were sealed in the Brigham City Temple for Time and all Eternity! It was a fun and happy day, they both have cute personalities and the reception looked beautiful! Congrats to the newlyweds!!

A White Christmas!!

We had a great Christmas, the kids woke us up at about 7:30 and the fun began! They were so excited for everything that they got, Connor loved his Utah gear and x-box game, Carson loved his Tablet and BYU gear, Brynlee loved her Tablet and clothes, and Baylee loved her Tangled toys and Cinderella beauty set. We had fun times with my family on Christmas eve and then Christmas day we spent the afternoon with the White's. I always make a breakfast for us and then my mom comes over too! This year Christmas seemed to come so fast, I hope I keep that special feeling of love going for many weeks ahead! Merry Christmas!!

Sunday Best!

Here are my beautiful children all dressed up in there Christmas outfits ready for church. This was the day before Christmas Eve and they all looked amazing!! I love this time of year and the music just touches my heart! I hope my children see how much I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and know how much I love each of them. I have so many thoughts and feelings for this coming new year I hope I can carry them all out!

Singing Christmas Songs

The kids had there annual Christmas song performance and they all did a great job. It always brings me to tears to watch a group of children sing beautiful songs is the best feeling ever! I love that I am able to go to there school and watch each of them perform. I love my children and I hope that they love seeing there mom in the audience smiling at them with joy!

Baylee's Tumbling Performance

Baylee had her Christmas Tumbling Performance about two weeks ago and she did a great job! She looked so cute in her piggy tails and makeup and loved the attention on her that night. She had lots of supporters, all of her grandparents came and her great grandparents and her cousin Kate and her family and all of us her parents and brothers and sister! She is learning so much and is so close to her back hand spring. Baylee is one of the smallest in her class and is just so cute to watch. Baylee also really loves showing off her flexibility, she's quite the performer! I just love her!

Kauai Trip = Paradise

December 1st- 10th Warren and I and our friends the Schaugaards went on our 15 year Anniversary trip to Kauai!! We had so much fun. We found deals on flights leaving Las Vegas so we had to drive there and back which worked out just fine. We stayed at the Marriott Beach Club right on the beach. Our room was ocean front rooms over looking the beach. Our room was on the ninth floor with amazing views! We played on the beach,  snorkeled, sight-seed, shopped, hiked, ate, took a sunset boat cruise, flew in a helicopter, went to a luau, strolled on the beach, saw dolphins-whales- turtles, etc. The best part of the whole trip was spending quality time with my amazing husband! This is the first time he has had paid vacation, and it was such a blessing.  I always dreamed of going to Hawaii and it was more than I ever dreamt it could be. I was so in love with the beauty I cried during the helicopter tour and the Luau. We were so lucky to have amazing grandparents and neighbor girl, Karly to watch our kids while we were away! One part of the trip that I will never forget because it was the most awful thing I have ever experienced was the sunset cruise. I have never been so sick in my life! This was a four hour boat tour of the Napali Coast and I had the worst sea sickness ever! I tried to will myself the first two hours to get through it and then the two hour trip back I prayed for it to be over. Thanks to my hubby for getting me through it. I will never take a boat ride on the ocean ever again. I'm also so grateful to have a best friend like Sarah! It was so fun hanging out and shopping with her, I will always treasure those memories! What a great way to celebrate our fifteen year anniversary, I'm so blessed to have Warren in my life and can't wait for the next fifty with him!

Jordan Football- Carson

Carson had a great season, his jersey number was 24 this year. Carson played many positions this year such as; running back, corner, quarterback, safety, and linebacker. Carson had the same coach as last year, Coach Marshall. Carson excelled at everything, he worked so hard at practice and could out last everyone on his team. Carson ran the fastest and hit the hardest. He really showed people that size means nothing. Carson was the smallest kid out of his age group, the Mity Mites. Carson made some good friends, and has a pretty cool picture of himself hanging in his room of him playing football! Go Diggers!!

Jordan Football- Connor

Connor had a fun year as a Bantam, his jersey number was 63 this year. Connor gave us a scare at the beginning of the season with an injury that he got during tryouts. He was in a lot of pain pre-season and his coach told us to take him in and get him checked out. We found out that he had a slight fracture to his ninth rib. He was told not to play football or even move his arms up and down for 4-6 weeks. We were so worried about his season but with lots of prayers and Connor's determination he was only out for two weeks which was perfect timing for his first preseason game. Connor's main position this year was defensive-end and running back. Connor did a great job and made several touch downs over the season. He went up against some big boys and held his own! Connor made the A team this year and was in a tough division. Despite winning only their preseason game, Connor and his team made the best of it. They had  great coaches who instilled that it's more important to be great men then to win every game. Connor made great friends this year and is looking forward to trying out for the high school football team next year!
